Covid-19: Vigilance Is the Key
We are six months into a pandemic that has no end in sight yet. Fatigue definitely has set in. As individuals and families living with mental health disorders, our plate is often full. And it’s hard to stay up to date.
With cold weather months and flu season coming soon, NAMI Oregon is embarking on a short public education campaign about Covid-19. Continued vigilance is key to keeping ourselves and our communities safe. The simple things that we tend to overlook due to fatigue — hand washing, masks, physical distancing, avoiding large indoor gatherings — all remain as important today
