NAMIWalks Northwest is now online!

Join us for the Northwest’s largest mental health event, presented by Providence Health & Services, now online! We may be physically distant, but the virtual walk is a great way for us to stay connected. In 2020, we had thousands of participants joins us for a virtual walk “their way”: walking, hiking, spending time with family – doing a meaningful activity on a National Day of Hope.

The events of 2020 have shown us that more than ever, our community is in need of NAMI’s services. Your continued support allows us to offer our programs at no cost to those who need them.

This year, we will again come together to make a statement that mental health matters, that no one should be embarrassed to ask for help, and that recovery is possible. Funds raised through our online walk event help support NAMI programs and services, which are offered at no cost to participants.
