Have you or a family member or loved one received mental health or substance use disorder treatment services at Providence Health & Services in the Portland metro area?

NAMI Oregon is recruiting members to form a new Patient and Family Advisory Council to help influence the evolution of Providence’s healthcare programs as they relate to these health conditions.

Who can apply?

Anyone who has used or currently uses Providence for mental health or substance use disorder services in the Portland metro area for primary care, specialty care, inpatient or the emergency room setting, or the patient’s family member or loved one.

Expectations for Patient and Family Advisory Council members:

Attend quarterly meetings in Portland from spring 2019 to spring 2021. Share your experiences and provide input to Providence staff to help shape how services should be delivered in a variety of environments.
