Need help? NAMI Oregon’s Helpline continues to operate during the Covid-19 crisis and remains available from 9 am to 5 pm each weekday.
We also now have 20 weekly online support groups available for individuals and families living with mental illness. These are peer-led support groups for:
- Parents/caregivers raising school-age children with behavioral health concerns.
- Adults living with mental health disorders.
- Family members and friends with a loved one in their lives living with mental health disorders.
We will have a more complete list posted soon. Until then, call us at 503-230-8009, or toll-free at 800-343-6264 to be connected to a support group or other resources in your community. Or contact us via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
NAMI is an education, support, and advocacy organization composed of individuals and families with lived experience with behavioral health issues. We understand, because we live this, too. You don’t have to go through this alone.
